Boiling the wort

When all the wort is boiling the flavours are added. These are usually hops but can be honey, heather, spices or anything else that you want the beer to taste of. The wort boils for 90 minutes and these ingredients can be added at any time throughout time depending on how much flavour or bitterness you require.
